Background and Experience
I work with adults of all ages to help people create more balance, meaning, and growth in their lives. My areas of special focus include relationship challenges ( all structures and configurations) anxiety, depression, grief and loss, pregnancy and postpartum depression. Whatever you are feeling, I can help you navigate the waters to find insight, awareness, and change.
I work successfully with people to create confidence, clarity, and connection in their lives.
I do this by deeply investigating negative and repetitive emotional states with curiosity and compassion. I am skilled at helping people understand what blocks them and ways to find and listen to their own unique voice. I have a calm, direct, kind and non-judgmental style. I listen to what you say and are not yet able to say. I encourage you to express your deeper feelings more fully.
My work as a therapist is fueled by my own life experiences and growth. I love to hear people’s stories, and have been a listener my whole life. I believe that each person has within them the seeds needed for healing and change. I am honored to join people on their journeys to living a fulfilling life.
